Great for balance, breathing and much more. The soothing rocking movements and gentle stretching of the Shibashi forms reduce both mental and physical stress. Can be standing or seated to suit individuals

Adapting traditional Pilates with the support of being seated. Ideal for older adults and those with ailments like vertigo, knee and hip issues.

An activity for a group of up to 4 friends and colleagues - at Home Studio. A relaxing stretch, Tai Chi combination followed by sound bath music to unwind. Finished with some cheeky bubbles to celebrate being recharged.

I love Bootcamp, I enjoy exercising in that way. I enjoy the circuits and love that you mix it up each week. I love that it works on all parts of the body and I particularly appreciate the strength training it gives me. It is pitched perfectly for oldie like me. I have weekly Personal Training sessions with Caroline. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She listens to what I am looking to achieve from the sessions and designs the programme to meet my goals. She works me hard but at the same time it is fun, She is always looking at new ways to achieve the goals I have set myself.
