A relaxed group session followed by a cuppa and biscuit to socialise and meet new people.

Personal Training

All group classes are approximately 45 minutes. PT sessions from 30 minutes to up to 1 hour.

Seated Fitness

In the community

I have organised local classes, but also do group visits to homes, day centres and organisations - for example Age UK, Headway, retirement homes, Social Link, Falls Clinic, Active in the Community, U3A... to name a few. Call to arrange a class for your group or home.
