A relaxed group session followed by a cuppa and biscuit to socialise and meet new people.

A seated class incorporating a mixture of exercises from Pilates, resistance bands and movement; improving strength and mobility.

Personal Training

All group classes are approximately 45 minutes. PT sessions from 30 minutes to up to 1 hour. Some have a complimentary cuppa and biscuit social after class.
