Otago
An International exercise programme that helps prevent falls in older adults or those who are recovering from injury or operations.
Specific exercises developed in Otago New Zealand to reduce falls by 35% by increasing strength and balance . Falls can create fear and a decrease in social and physical activities resulting in a deterioration in physical and cognitive functions, thus increasing the risk of falls.
Bootcamp
An energetic class using fun equipment to stimulate and work the whole body. You work at your own level and achieve your own goals within a group environment that encourages and supports. A fun class for all levels. Give it a try!
Pilates
A low impact floor or chair based exercise that incorporates flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. Pilates helps correct postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Great for balance, rehab and injury prevention.

Tai Chi Shibashi
Great for balance, breathing and much more. The soothing rocking movements and gentle stretching of the shibashi forms reduce both mental and physical stress. Regular practice may improve general health and wellbeing, aid the circulation and digestion and help to release tension held in the muscles of the body.
It aids co-ordination and improves balance and confidence. I like to add to most of my classes, so everyone can benefit.
